Join this fascinating 8-days gulet cruise starting from Marmaris and discover interesting and well-preserved archaeological sites standing witness to the many cultures that have thrived here over the millennia. Sail through Gocek that harbours islands and coves located in a large and secluded bay. Owing to its location, it naturally enjoys a high potential for yacht tourism. Gocek became known to groups of artists and poets and to some fisherman from Bodrum as a result of their cruising along the Turkish Turquoise Coast, a journey later called the “Blue Voyage”.

TOUR HIGHLIGHTS

Marmaris: founded on the ancient city of Physkos, one of the Carian cities, was dominated by various civilizations in history. Marmaris Castle which is restored in 1577, Ibrahim Aga Mosque built in 1788 and Hafsa Sultan Caravanserai built in 1545 are the places to visit. Being one of the most important touristic cities of Turkey, Marmaris is also famous for its nightlife.

Fethiye: was known as Telmessos in ancient times, was the most important city situated on Lycia’s western border with Caria. It is believed that the city’s name came from Apollon’s son Telmessos.
