❖Weather conditions: TGTE is not responsible for adverse weather conditions that may affect the development of the route. In case of cancellation or modification of activities and services due to weather phenomena, no refunds or compensation are contemplated.

❖Food intolerances and allergies: It is the customer's responsibility to inform in advance about any food intolerance or allergy.

❖Customer's responsibility: TGTE is exempt from any liability for damages, injuries or accidents that the customer may suffer during the route, scheduled activities or any other circumstance arising from their participation in the trip. Premium insurance included. (Consult casuistry)

❖Modifications due to closures or schedule changes: TGTE is not responsible for changes in the itinerary caused by the closure of facilities, modifications of schedules or adjustments in the operation of the places visited due to seasons or special events. In these cases, alternatives will be proposed according to availability.

❖ Late arrival to activities: It is the client's responsibility to show up punctually to the scheduled activities. In case of delay, the activity will be considered cancelled without the right to a refund.

❖Official schedules and changes outside of hours: The activities will take place according to the established official schedules. If the client wishes to make changes or schedule activities outside of official hours, this may be done at an additional charge, subject to availability. It is recommended to consult beforehand to manage the necessary adjustments.

❖Confirmation voucher: Once the booking is reconfirmed, TGTE will provide the final itinerary along with the confirmation of all the services included in the trip. Throughout the route, the customer must have in paper or digital format the confirmation of all the services provided by TGTE to present in the establishments.

❖TGTE reserves the right to modify or change activities without prior notice to ensure the quality of the tour.

❖The published prices are subject to possible changes due to reasons beyond our organization’s control, arising from factors such as occupancy, limited availability in certain services, or changes in supplier conditions (releases). Rates and availability will be reconfirmed at the time of booking to ensure final availability and price. If the client does not agree with the price, the reservation may be canceled within 48 hours without penalty, and any paid deposit will be refunded.
