Day 1: Buenos Aires

Day 2: Buenos Aires

Breakfast. We will explore Buenos Aires with a panoramic City Tour visiting its main attractions, from the picturesque neighborhoods of San Telmo and La Boca in the south to the districts of Recoleta and Palermo in the north, exploring squares and historic buildings of magnificent architecture. Rest of the day at leisure. Accommodation.

Day 3: Buenos Aires – Salta

Breakfast. At the agreed time, transfer by private service to the airport to take a flight to Salta. Arrival, assistance and reception by our staff at Salta Airport and transfer to the selected hotel. Rest of the day at leisure. Accommodation.


Day 4: Salta

Arrival, assistance and reception by our staff at the airport and transfer to the selected hotel. In the afternoon, we will take a City Tour, visiting the most attractive tourist spots: the 1855 Basilica Cathedral where the remains of General Güemes are located, the Cultural Center of the Americas, the Historical Museum of the North (Cabildo) showcasing sacred art and rooms dedicated to ancient Salta families, San Francisco Church, Carmelite order's San Bernardo Convent, General Güemes Monument, ascent of San Bernardo Hill for a panoramic city view, passing by the Battle of Salta monument where Belgrano participated, and 20 de Febrero Park. We will then head to the outskirts of the city to visit the summer village of San Lorenzo with its subtropical microclimate and the Craft Market where artisans from the entire province exhibit their creations. Return to the hotel and accommodation.

Day 5: Salta – Cafayate

Breakfast at the hotel. In the morning, we will leave the hotel to enjoy the Calchaquí Valleys tour. We will begin the tour through the Lerma Valley to the town of Del Carril, continuing through Chicoana and entering through the Quebrada de los Laureles and then the Quebrada de Escoipe. Upon reaching Maray, we will enter the Cuesta del Obispo, a road with plenty of curves that allows you to enjoy a panoramic view of the Valle Encantado and its small houses with corn and fruit crops. We will reach the highest point of the route at 3384 meters above sea level, at Piedra del Molino. Then we will continue our journey through Los Cardones National Park along the Straight of Tin-Tin, an ancient Inca trail. We will arrive in Cachí, where we will spend the night. The next day, we will continue the journey along Route 40 to admire mountainous landscapes with charming villages bordering the Calchaquí River, passing by historic towns such as Seclantás, Molinos, and Angastaco. We will cross the imposing Quebrada de Las Flechas with its incredible geography, and then, passing through the towns of San Carlos and Animaná, we will arrive in Cafayate, a charming traditional village. Day 6: Cafayate – Salta

Breakfast. We will explore Cafayate by visiting artisanal and industrial wineries, tasting internationally recognized and award-winning wines. After lunch, we will return through the Quebrada de las Conchas and its impressive landscapes, transitioning from its reddish rocks to the green yunga of the Lerma Valley, until we reach Salta city again. Accommodation.

Day 7: Salta - Purmamarca 

Breakfast. Early in the morning, departure from the hotel to enjoy a High Altitude tour. We'll pass through Tastil and arrive at San Antonio de los Cobres, where we'll break for lunch before crossing Route 40 to reach the Salinas Grandes, a vast salt flat covering 212 km2 at an average altitude of 3450 meters above sea level, right on the border between Salta and Jujuy. Next, we'll begin the descent through Cuesta de Lipán, a winding scenic route that reaches up to 4170 meters above sea level and where Andean condors are often spotted, arriving at the picturesque town of Purmamarca to admire the colorful Cerro de los Siete Colores. Day 8: Purmamarca - Salta 

Breakfast. We depart from Purmamarca to explore the Quebrada de Humahuaca, a UNESCO World Heritage Site known for its stunning landscape and cultural richness. We will pass by the historic Posta de Hornillos before arriving at Tilcara, where we are going to visit the Pucará fortress and Archaeological Museum (tickets not included and may not be open). Continuing through Huacalera, we'll see the Tropic of Capricorn monolith and visit the Church of Uquía with its notable Arcabuceros Angels paintings. Arriving at Humahuaca, we'll explore the main square, Cathedral Nuestra Señora de la Candelaria, and the Monument to the Heroes of Independence. After lunch, we return along the same route, enjoying sights like the colorful Paleta del Pintor mountains, before heading back to Salta in the afternoon. Accommodation.


Day 9: Salta 

Breakfast. Day at leisure. We recommend visiting the MAAM (Museum of High Altitude Archaeology) where you can see one of the Llullaillaco mummies - please note that it requires a prior reservation and is closed on Mondays. Accommodation.


Iguazú

Day 10: Salta – Iguazú

Breakfast. At the indicated time, transfer to the airport to take a flight to Iguazú. Arrival, reception and transport to the selected hotel. Accommodation.


Day 11: Iguazú

Breakfast. Departure to visit the Argentine side of the Iguazú Falls (National Park ticket included), which were declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1984. We will explore the upper and lower walkways of the Argentine National Park, getting close enough to the falls to almost touch them. We recommend the optional experience 'Gran Aventura' where you can get on a boat to get baptized under one of the falls. Return to hotel and accommodation.

Day 12: Iguazú - Buenos Aires

Breakfast. In the morning we are going to visit the Brazilian Side of the falls. From the Visitor Center we will get on board of modern panoramic buses that will take us to the walkway path. The extension of the walkways is 1,200 meters from where you can get a spectacular panoramic view of the 275 waterfalls that make up the Iguazú Falls, of which the most important on the Brazilian side are four: Floriano, Deodoro, Benjamín Constant and Salto Unión or Garganta del Diablo. At the end of the tour, we will take the panoramic elevator that will take us to the bus that will return us to the Visitor Center. Later, at the agreed time, transfer to the airport to take a flight to Buenos Aires. Arrival, assistance, and reception by our staff at the airport and transfer to the selected hotel. Day 13: Buenos Aires 

Breakfast. At the agreed time, transfer to the airport to take a flight to Buenos Aires. Arrival, assistance and reception by our staff at the airport and transfer to the selected hotel. Rest of the day at leisure. Accommodation.


Day 14: Buenos Aires 

Breakfast. At the agreed time, transfer to the international airport to board a flight to the city of origin.
